The company is officially registered now under “Chillout Sailing Ltd” I got allot of thumbs up on the name from various people. Plus I have taken up for at least the first year a “nominee Sectary” with SFS (I will get a call from them soon to setup) this means they will deal with filling in all the financial and legal docs that need to be submitted each year to the companies house (and government). I hope within a year we will be able to take on this roll and control ourselves. But for now I want to avoid the business getting off to a bad start by accidentally not handing required paperwork on time or incorrect while we still novices to all this.
